• Submitting this application does not indicate acceptance as an exhibitor.

• I agree to exhibit both days during the exhibit open hours.

• No multi-level-marketing.

• No promotion or sales of non-FDA approved therapies.

• Marketing or recruitment for other organizations or clinical trials require prior approval.

• No harassment of attendees or offensive displays allowed- if you are unsure, just ask!

• No pharmaceutical samples can be distributed.

• No loud electrical or other mechanical apparatus disturbing other exhibitors.

• No canvassing or distributing material outside the booth or any other public space in the hotel.

• No photographs of attendees or another exhibitor’s booth without permission.

• No advertising for other events (either that occur during the conference or after the conference) unless approved beforehand.

• No fundraising unless it is for the Narcolepsy Network (even if through sales).

• Exhibitor space does NOT include conference registration or meals.

• Failure to follow rules or misrepresentation will result in you being asked to leave. No refunds.
